本會置理事廿七人，置監事九人，由會員(會員代表)選舉之，分別成立理事會、監事會。
■ 理事會之職權：
一、審定會員（會員代表）之資格。
二、選舉及罷免常務理事、理事長。
三、議決理事、常務理事及理事長之辭職。
四、聘免工作人員。
五、擬訂年度工作計畫、報告及預算、決算。
六、其他應執行事項。
■ 監事之職權：
一、監察理事會工作之執行。
二、審核年度決算。
三、選舉及罷免常務監事。
四、議決監事及常務監事之辭職。
五、其他應監察事項。
■ Board of Directors and Supervisors
The Board of Directors consists of 27 members and the Board of Supervisors contains 9 members. All Directors and Supervisors are elected by the General Assembly and its representatives.
■ The duties of the Board of Directors:
1. Review of applications and qualifications of members.
2. Elect and recall Executive Directors, the Vice President and the President of ITS-Taiwan.
3. Process the resignation of the Directors, the Vice President and the President of ITS-Taiwan.
4. Accept and reject the staff members of ITS-Taiwan.
5. Prepare annual work plans, reports, budgets and accounts.
6. Perform incurred duties.
■ The duties of the Board of Supervisors:
1. Supervise the Board of Directors.
2. Audit annual accounts.
3. Elect and Recall the Executive Supervisor of ITS-Taiwan.
4. Process the resignation of the Supervisors and the Executive Supervisor of ITS-Taiwan.
6. Perform incurred supervising duties.
